For sports teams, academies and talent environments, JudyJump Performance can be integrated where the athletes already train. Judy starts with the goal, the group and the context. The programme is then tuned to what the athletes need: better landing, balance, stability, rhythm, body intelligence, confidence and focus.

What's needed?

  • An indoor or outdoor space with sufficient hard, level ground.
  • Enough room for trampolines, participants and safe movement.
  • The ability to play music without disturbance.
  • Preferably a space where energy, sound and movement are welcome.
  • Alignment in advance on group size, goal, planning and desired progress.

Does this replace my regular training?

No. JudyJump Performance is an additional layer alongside your sport-specific training, focused on movement quality, rhythm and focus under pressure.

Which ages and levels is this suitable for?

For talents and (sub-)elite athletes across age groups. We tune scope and intensity to the athlete and the context — age or sport is not a barrier.

Can my coach be involved?

Yes. Optional feedback to your coach or staff is part of the Athletic Pilot evaluation, so we work with your existing environment, not around it.

What do we work on during the pilot?
