1. Applicability

These terms apply to every quote, assignment and agreement between JudyJump Performance and the client.

2. Services

Pilot programmes, long-term programmes and individual sessions, as described on this website.

3. Rates & payment

Rates are agreed in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Payment details: IBAN: NL90RABO0349244413 BIC: RABONL2U Account name: JudyJump Performance

4. Cancellation

Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the session is invoiced.

5. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. JudyJump Performance is not liable for injury or damage except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Personal data

7. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
