Pilot programmes
Three pilot programmes. One goal: visible, lasting progress.
The pilot is the entry point. The long-term programme is the business model. Every pilot is fully guided and ends with a measurable evaluation.

The answer
Three pilot programmes — Personal, Corporate and Athletic — are the first, fully guided step in a JudyJump progress trajectory. 4–8 weeks, with intake, sessions and evaluation. Not a punch card; a serious entry point.
Why a pilot
A pilot is not an introduction and not a trial class. It is your first period of real progress — short enough to start without a long commitment, long enough to get to know each other and to define together what lasting progress looks like for you.
Four reasons we start with a pilot
Getting to know each other — before and during
Before we start we have an intake and a Progress Call — that's where we gather information about you, your goals and your context. During the pilot we get to know you for real, in the sessions. After that we know enough to advise concretely and honestly.
Pilot = bespoke from day one
A pilot is always a bespoke trajectory too. We don't work with standard packages — every pilot plan is tailored to you, your team or your talent. No two pilots are identical.
First measurable progress
In 4 to 8 weeks we build visible, tangible progress appropriate to the pilot's duration. No promise of a final result — but a serious, guided start with measurement points and evaluation.
Foundation for lasting progress
After the pilot we know what works for you and what doesn't. Only then can we concretely design the long-term programme — aimed at lasting, measurable progress. Continuing is a choice, not an obligation.
Why no standard offer or fixed package?
Because no two people, teams or talents share the same starting position, goals or context. A fixed package never fits 100%. The Fit · Fun · Focus™ method is an adaptive system — the balance shifts per person, group, goal and moment. A pilot is the only honest way to determine that balance for you, before committing longer.
Clear expectations before we start
A pilot is full-fledged and not non-committal. Before we start we communicate clearly what you can expect — in terms of sessions, guidance, measurement points and realistic progress within the duration. This prevents disappointment and keeps expectations clear and realistic for everyone.

Frequently asked
Why do you always start with a pilot and not directly with a fixed programme?
Because we first want to know what really works for you, your team or your talent. Before the pilot we gather information via intake and Progress Call. During the pilot we get to know you for real in the sessions. Only then can we concretely and honestly design the long-term programme for lasting progress.
Is a pilot an introduction or a free trial class?
No. A pilot is a full-fledged, paid professional trajectory with intake, sessions, measurement points and evaluation. Not an introduction, not a trial. Only the expected progress is appropriate to the pilot's duration — what's realistic for 4 to 8 weeks.
Why don't you have a fixed offer or standard package?
Because no two people, teams or talents share the same starting position. The Fit · Fun · Focus™ method is an adaptive system — the balance shifts per situation. A pilot is the most honest way to determine that balance for you before committing longer.
How long does a pilot last?
Personal: 4 – 6 weeks. Corporate and Athletic: 4 – 8 weeks, depending on scope and goals.
What happens after the pilot?
We close with an evaluation and concrete advice for a long-term programme — based on what we learned during the pilot about what works for you. Continuing is a choice, not an obligation.
How many people for a Corporate Pilot?
We work with groups from 6 people. Larger teams are split into subgroups where needed.
Where do sessions take place?
In Amsterdam at our location, or on-site at your organisation or academy when facilities allow.
