For individuals

More energy, more confidence, more progress.

Not a loose workout. Not standard fitness. JudyJump Performance builds a personal progress trajectory in which you work on energy, body control, balance, motivation and confidence — with the Fit · Fun · Focus™ Method and the trampoline as a powerful tool.

Sound familiar?

  • You train, but you don't feel real progress anymore.
  • You're missing a plan that looks beyond this week.
  • You want energy, strength and confidence that show up in every part of your life.

How JudyJump solves this

You get a personal progress plan, weekly sessions and a method that tackles physical, mental and motivational progress together. You build — we guide.

Fit · Fun · Focus™ for you

One method, three layers of progress.

For individuals, the balance shifts per person: sometimes progress starts with confidence, sometimes with joy, sometimes with physical activation.

Fit

Energy, strength, stamina, body control, balance and mobility.

Fun

Joy, rhythm, music, motivation, emotional safety and consistency.

Focus

Confidence, attention, self-awareness, personal goals and growth.

Why a trajectory

Why loose workouts don't build lasting progress.

Loose workouts

  • Energy for one evening.
  • No plan — each session stands alone.
  • Motivation drops as soon as the threshold rises.

Progress trajectory

  • Energy as a baseline that builds week after week.
  • Personal progress plan with measurement points and evaluation.
  • Joy and rhythm as the engine — so you keep showing up.

Personal Progress Pilot

The logical entry point for personal progress.

What's included

  • Personal intake and goal setting
  • Baseline observation
  • Personal progress plan
  • Weekly guided sessions
  • Mid-point and final evaluation

After the pilot

After the pilot you receive clear follow-up advice — continue in a long-term programme or move forward on your own plan.

Who it's for

FAQ — individuals

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Every pilot starts with an intake and baseline observation. We build from your starting point — there's no required level.

Is this regular trampoline fitness?

No. The trampoline is a powerful tool; the Fit · Fun · Focus™ method is the approach. You work on a personal progress trajectory, not a one-off workout.

What if I have low motivation?

Fun is built into the method: rhythm, music and joy make sure you keep showing up. We work with motivation as part of the trajectory, not as an accident.

What happens after the pilot?

We close with an evaluation and concrete advice — continue in a long-term programme or move on with your own plan. Continuing is a choice, not an obligation.
