How long does a programme take?
The Personal Progress Pilot runs 4–6 weeks. Afterwards you choose whether to continue in a long-term programme.
Is this only for elite athletes?
No. We work with anyone who wants to develop seriously — age and starting level are not barriers.
Do you offer 1-on-1?
Yes. Personal guidance is the core of every programme. Group settings are optional.
