The answer
JudyJump Performance builds a Corporate Performance Pilot in which energy, participation and team connection grow measurably — via the Fit · Fun · Focus™ Method, not via one-off events. Trampoline is the instrument; progress is the product.

Recognise this?
- Vitality activities that are fun once, but leave no lasting effect.
- Teams that work together on paper, but don't truly connect in practice.
- Energy dips fought with more coffee or more meetings.
- HR budget for wellbeing that's hard to justify to leadership.
- People who skip team activities — and no one knows quite why.
- Good intentions around vitality, but no coherent trajectory with measurable anchors.
What JudyJump offers
We design a Corporate Performance Pilot around your team: intake with HR or team lead, team energy scan, sessions, evaluation and advice for long-term integration. Progress becomes visible in energy, participation and team signals.
That's why JudyJump works with the Fit · Fun · Focus™ Method: a structured design of physical energy, enjoyable participation and focused attention — built into a trajectory that fits alongside your workday.
Fit · Fun · Focus™ for companies
Energy, participation and collaboration — as one coherent design.
For companies, the balance often starts with participation, connection and focus: people need to want to join before progress can last.

Focus
Attention, collaboration, shared goals, work rhythm and reflective team learning.

On location — FAQ
Can JudyJump Performance take place at our location?
Yes. JudyJump can be delivered on-site for companies, teams, sports environments and events. We align beforehand on goal, group size, space, sound and planning.
What kind of space is needed?
A hard, level surface is important. The space must be large enough for trampolines and safe movement. Music must be possible without disturbance. Both indoor and outdoor work, as long as conditions are safe and appropriate.
Does JudyJump bring trampolines?
Depending on the programme, JudyJump can bring trampolines and setup. This is aligned in advance based on goal, number of participants and the location.
Is this an event or a progress trajectory?
JudyJump can be deployed as an activation or event, but the premium line is built around progress trajectories: intake, goal, delivery, evaluation and follow-up advice.

What's the minimum group size?
From 6 people. Larger teams are split into subgroups for effect per session.
Do you come to our office?
